Music: working_man (EP) — Volume 1 is out

Two months ago, I released the shoooooortest version of an album that a musician can release (7 actual songs, and then an intro and outro to make a 9-track album) that you’d call an “EP” (short for extended play).

And in celebration of passing 50,000 streams on Spotify, it reminded me to post about the project on here. Turns out that getting on a big playlist is the trick to Spotify distribution (and will likely mean that this number of monthly streams will go down sharply soon).

I have tried to make electronic music since 8th grade, starting with my first electronic productions at 14.

This EP is ambient, instrumental music, mixing lo-fi and trap percussion, and it’s designed for deep focus and creative work, as it is mapped to alpha brain waves and high BPM/beats per minute for inducing creative flow.

If you’ve read our book “Beyond Coffee” and now want even more creative facilitation, put your headphones in and enjoy.

Check out the album, perhaps starting with the “intro” song below. Or “idk” which might get you thinking. Going to try to produce an album every 2-3 years.
